So, I have just retired form the Army and moved back to WV, O how everyone warned us of the long lines and the many trips it would take for me and my wife to get our license and tags for the vehicles. Not at all true, first we went onto the internet site and found all the required documentation we needed, filled them out at home and then called the DMV and found the non-busy time to go. We arrived and walked in, we were first in line, went to the very very nice lady Jody and she was very considerate and talked us through everything and even laughed at my jokes!!!!
