I've been trying to get a flood Ins. quote with this Ins. Agency for about 1 1/2 -2 months now, when I call I get told they will have to call me back which they don't, I called and the woman was out for the week and I was told she would call me when she got back its been 2 weeks and I haven't heard from her I'm tired of calling so I guess I'll take my business elsewhere, I'm giving it 1 star only because there wasn't a 0 Star option.
