Poor customer service. Everytime I have ever shopped there I have had a horrible experience. They think that they are right about everything ever and normally give you the wrong part.
They have helpful people working there. You don't have to search the isles looking for something they will go get an item for you or take you to item if there is a choice involved. They have loaner tools for your repair needs. They install items like wiper blades free. They test batteries alternators and starters free of charge so you don't buy something you don't need.
They are right there ready to help you.Great auto service.
Not always the best place to buy parts, usually get the wromg one here.
